I was very glad that I had taken lots of memory cards on this trip. I can easily shoot a couple hundred images a day. Generally I have my laptop with me, almost any where I go, I decided it should probably stay home. After considering all my options about how to store my images while I was travelling I decided the simplicist was to just take a lot of memory cards - one for each day.
There was always the chance that I'd loose one or some would get damaged, but that was a risk I was willing to take.
Choosing the best images of over 2000 pictures was a difficult task. Rice fields, water buffalo, extremely friendly people and markets with everything. Feel free to ask if you want to know more aboue a particular image. Here are the best 74 of them from Week 2. Enjoy!

Just let me know if you are interested in purchasing a print or an image to use electronically or in print. I'd be happy to talk with you.
